When I returned I couldn’t quite decide what to paint. After speaking with Rachel, she asked I include purple and yellow, and a theme ‘of the sea’, which is the meaning of Marin’s name.
The result was this colourful anchor—representative of Marin’s birth—a truly unique and miraculous thing as it was. Also included were four hearts for Rachel’s family—husband and two boys.
