In 2015, Inner Solutions™ was in need of a brand refresh and new website. Maintaining what was working in the established brand, we created a fresh logo and brand style. Next we updated the look and functionality of the website, including adding Facebook and LinkedIn profiles to the social channels Inner Solutions™ was active on. We populated these channels, and started posting events online and engaging with followers. Moving to an online referral form and online surveys have been a welcome change for the team.
After the online presence had been established, we re-designed the first five brochures, business cards and several internal documents. We ordered pens, ben-deez and cards with links to Survey Monkey, so clients could provide feedback. We also created invitations and held an open house on May 26, 2016 to showcase the office, team and answer questions about services offered.
